Whether it be canapes for 30, a finger food buffet for 50, or just the most amazing Christmas bring-a-plate ever, you’ll learn everything you need, including when to buy and how to store your food, what to pre-prepare, what dishes match each other perfectly, and any other tips for making your life as host easy. THE FINER DETAILS
- Classes are 2 1/2 hours with a break about halfway through.
- This is a demonstration class. Demonstration classes are seated around stainless steel bench with plenty of room to take notes and maximum size is 24 students to allow plenty of time with the me.
- You will enjoy a serving of each of the dishes prepared.
- Class participants are welcome to shop before and after the class and may enjoy 10% off their puchases on the night (except electrical items, some books and those products already on promotion).
- Please make us aware of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We are unable to make adjustments to recipes on the day of the class.
